What is inCruises?
inCruises is a US-founded membership travel club. Members pay a monthly fee to accumulate reward points, which they use to book cruises, hotels, resorts and excursions at exclusive club rates.
How do reward points work?
Each Reward Point (RP) equals $1 towards bookings on the platform. Club members can use points to cover up to 25% of a cruise fare, while partners who meet certain requirements can reach 50% or even 100%. Points cannot be used for flights, travel insurance, gratuities or onboard spending, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What happens to my points if I stop paying my monthly fee?
Your reward points remain active as long as your membership payments are up to date and you follow the platform's terms. If you stop paying, the doubled reward points are forfeited, but every dollar you actually paid in fees stays in your account so you can still put it towards future travel.
What is the Price Match Guarantee?
If you find the exact same cruise publicly available for less on another website under the same conditions, the club will match that lower price — and you can still save up to an extra 25% with your points.
Can I gift or transfer my points to someone else?
No — reward points are personal to your account and non-transferable.
What's the difference between a member and a partner?
A member joins purely to travel for less. A partner can also invite others to the club and earn income. Becoming a partner is completely optional — you're very welcome to join just to travel.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Within the first 14 days of joining, you can cancel for a full 100% refund. You can also cancel at any time after those 14 days: past payments are no longer refunded in cash, but the amount you paid stays available to spend on trips at 17% off.
